I found a lovely personalized note and a welcome drink waiting for me (a very nice touch!). the staff was friendly and helpful. throughout my stay, there were these little unexpected treats. They always came as a welcome surprise.
The gym was not excellent at all. the equipment available was minimal. I really couldn't do much of a workout.

the gym was quite a letdown (not that i planned to use it much). it felt more like an afterthought than a real fitness center. minimal equipment meant my workout options were severely limited. i expected more from a place like this, even if i only envisioned a quick run to offset the pastries.

the laundry service damaged my scarf. the hotel proposed a resolution to repair it. the scarf was not restored to its original condition when returned. the manager said they had already done what they could.

this hotel has a good location for exploring. the staff was helpful and always ready to assist, thats really good. we had a suite city view, and it was decorated nicely, i loved it. the hotel provided clean facilities also, important to me.
the room ventilation didn't work well on my first night. i requested help, but they only offered a fan. that was kinda annoying. the hotel should include breakfast with the room price, i think so.
